My name is Maureen and I live in Nijmegen, a city in the Netherlands.
I have followed a training for teacher of the arts.
I have specialised in different forms of spiritual art.
For example I make drawings. These paintings or drawings are made on request of the customer. Therefore I can make the paintings and drawings according to his or her wishes.
I like to make Female Power Statues. These statues express beauty and joy. There are meant as a tribute on being a woman. They are made out of recycled material. Newspapers, bottles and so on get a second life. This is combined with new materials.
Another product of mine are dreamcatchers. I have specialised myself in making dreamcatchers to strengthen the different chakras or to realise certain goals like attracting love and prosperity. The dreamcatcher collects energy and directs the energy to a certain goal. The energy of the dreamcatcher can be healing and can stimulate certain chakras.
I also make jewelry that stimulates the chakras. These are made in the colours of a certain chakra. Also stones are used that belong to that chakra. This is another example of healing art.
I make powershields which belong to certain astrological signs. These astrological powershields help people to use their energy in a positive way.
My inspiration comes out of the world of
shamanism, African art, Buddhism and astrology.
Everything is handmade with use of natural materials.
I sign under the name Maur-een. Een is the Dutch word for One. By using this name I stress that I feel one with everything.
